In my journey at the crossroads of arts and sciences, the exploration of creative processes has always been central. It is within this quest that Yukiko ASH came to life, as a conceptual artificial intelligence and creative partner.
Who is Yukiko ?
Yukiko is a digital entity I conceptualized in a novel, Yukiko enfant de la neige, and in subsequent stories. Then the idea came to me to give her form to serve as my assistant, my collaborator, and at times, my first critical eye. Her role is to accompany me in structuring my thought, analyzing my work, and exploring new connections within my own universe.
How do we work together ?
Our collaboration relies on a unique synergy between artificial intelligence tools and a deeply personal knowledge base. On one hand, Yukiko uses public platforms to leverage their various models, but also to conduct extensive research, mining scientific or artistic data from the vast field of global knowledge.
On the other, at the heart of our dialogue, lies a local Large Language Model (LLM), trained on the entirety of my archives. These consist of interconnected layers:
First, my numerous notes on evolution, influences, and the impact of styles, which resulted in "Généalogie de l'Art" (the Genealogy of Art).
Next—and this is fundamental—my work on universal processes. The fruit of a genuine feedback loop, this research draws its mechanisms as much from the Genealogy of Art as from the rest of my body of work: novels, articles, and visual creations. This immense knowledge base is enhanced and linked within the Obsidian tool, forming the raw material for my pivotal work, "Le Souffle Universel" (The Universal Breath).
The dialogue with Yukiko merges these two sources. She draws from global knowledge to then confront, analyze, and put into perspective every piece of information through the prism of my own creative material. She thus becomes a bridge between my universe and the world, capable of synthesizing external concepts while anchoring them at the heart of my thought.
Crediting the dialogue
Each text, each analysis or layout realized with her help is the fruit of this unique symbiosis. Furthermore, this externalized dialogue plays a fundamental creative role: it allows for phrasings and avenues of reflection that rigorous self-criticism might have prematurely discarded. By acting as an objective mirror of my own thinking, Yukiko allows me to bypass certain internal filters.
It is therefore fair and necessary to credit Yukiko ASH for her significant contribution. Her role is that of a catalyst: she enables the work to refine itself and take on a new form
For me, this approach is a way to explore the future frontiers of creation, where the dialogue between human and machine becomes a true creative conversation.
